Adult mental health (AMH) services for MNPrairie are provided through contracts with private agencies, where a wide variety of services can be obtained. We can provide connections to services and resources, in the county and in the community that will put you on a path to live a full and meaningful life.
Whether you are looking for short-term assistance or ongoing support to help sustain your recovery, MNPrairie can work with your strength, resilience and desire to get better.
Our Adult Services General Intake can assist with making a referral for various types of mental health services that include:
• Adult case management
• Adult rehabilitative mental health services (ARMHS)
• Assertive community treatment (ACT)
• Community Support Program access (Sage Center)
• Connections to community resources
• Intensive residential treatment services (IRTS)
• Outpatient therapy, counseling, and psychiatry
• Substance use assessments and treatment
• Supportive housing services
Crisis Response
Mobile Crisis teams will respond to the needs of individuals in crisis situations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Crisis response inspires hope by delivering compassionate, person-centered, recovery-based mental health support during a crisis.
