How to apply for Emergency Assistance:

1. Complete an online application at MNBenefits or the paper Combined application form 
2. Walk in to any of our 3 locations listed to the right to be seen same day. MNPrairie office hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8 a.m.to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
3. Call our local office phone number listed to the right to speak with an Eligibility worker.
